What Is Health Coaching?
Health and wellness coaching is a recognized, evidence-based profession governed by the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching. It is not a fitness program, a meal plan, or a set of instructions to follow.
As your coach, I work with you in a client-centered process to help you develop and achieve the health goals that matter most to you. You bring the agenda. I bring the tools, the clinical knowledge, and the support to help you get there.
Coaching works by helping you use your own insight, strengths, and resources. My role is not to tell you what to do. It is to help you figure out what you actually want, what has been getting in the way, and what realistic next steps look like for your specific life.

About
I'm Angela David, a registered nurse with over 26 years of critical care experience, a Master of Public Health, and a health and wellness coach working toward board certification with the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching.
I built this practice because I've seen firsthand what chronic stress does to the people who carry the most responsibility. Healthcare professionals, first responders, caregivers, and anyone holding everything together while quietly running out of capacity deserve support that actually accounts for the life they're living.
My work draws from clinical knowledge, public health, nervous system education, and behavior change science. I'm also a 500-hour registered yoga teacher and trained in iRest, a trauma-informed meditation protocol developed for people living with chronic stress and trauma.
This practice is for everyone, regardless of politics, religion, identity, or background. Psychological safety is the foundation of trauma-informed care, and that standard applies here without exception.
